This Privacy Policy describes how Fieldsmith ("the App") collects, uses, and shares information when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: Shopify shop domain and access tokens required to interact with the Shopify API.
We collect this information directly from your Shopify account using the standard OAuth process.
We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Specifically, to manage bulk meta-data operations, track job progress, and provide support.
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. When you uninstall the App, we will purge your shop's data from our database within 48 hours of receiving the mandatory uninstall webhook.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the support section within the App.
